Earthlines

This piece was inspired by looking through the roots of a fallen tree on a summer's day, seeing a bit of blue sky, the green of leaves/grass, the brown rust of the torn limbs and the tangle of earth covered roots. The hole left in the ground when the tree fell becomes a safe haven, a hiding place.
